Overview:
Looking for a rewarding role where you can use your passion and skills to lead and develop volunteers within North & Central Lancashire?

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual with a particular interest in leading a team of volunteers within Central & North Lancashire.

The role will be a leading role within the service, providing an opportunity to develop a key area of the service, and work autonomously within the service to establish and develop the infrastructure and support for volunteers within the service.

**Responsibilities**:
The successful applicant will have:

- A good understanding of drug and alcohol issues
- A keen interest in developing their leadership skills
- Experience of working with volunteers within a health & social care setting
- Good communication skills, able to create and maintain strong relationships with a variety of audiences and professional contacts.
- A flair for developing productive multidisciplinary relationships
