Job Title: Retail Assistant

Location: High Wycombe

Job Type: Part-time

Hours: 4 hours per week

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required
  • Sales and retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.64
  • Free jewellery, from £25-£55 per month
  • Flexible working hours, with the ability to work at times that suit you
  • No weekend working

Working with Us:

You will be based in High Wycombe and may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for someone who is available to start as soon as possible.
