Financial Operations Manager

About MTrec Ltd Commercial:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our sales ledger and credit control functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile sales ledger accounts and prepare monthly statements.
- Process received funds directly to customer accounts.
- Maintain and collate sales information for meetings.
- Maintain staff holiday system and monitor daily biometric attendance records.
- Perform various filing and financial administration duties associated with the finance department.
- Prepare and process weekly payroll for approximately 30 operatives using Sage.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently.
