About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Budgewoi. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in guiding our educators to implement programs and promote child-led discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of programs and ensure compliance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Nurture and develop our team members to confidently contribute to children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with families and educators to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Ensure the centre's policies and procedures are up-to-date and implemented effectively.
About You
- You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- You have a current Working with Children's Check.
- You are passionate about developing the skills and knowledge of our educators and children.
