Milestones Early Learning Budgewoi is a vibrant 46 place centre made up of 3 separate rooms, from our Nursery, to Toddlers and onto our Pre-School room. Each room is unique and different to cater for all our children needs from birth to 5 years.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for supporting our educators to implement programs, following the EYLF and sharing the excitement of child-led discovery.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support our educators to implement programs and follow the EYLF
  • Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children's learning
  • Build a strong rapport with our families and educators
  • Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded

About You

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
  • Have a current Working with Children's Check
  • Passion to develop our little learners
