We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Director of Vision Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating meetings, and organizing events.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Vision Delivery, including arranging meetings, managing diaries, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense claims.
- Organize and administer meetings related to Vision discernment/delivery and the Missional and Financial Flourishing (MFF) exercise.
- Liaise with Area Deans, local ordained and lay leaders, and the PAs of senior clergy.
- Provide background operational support and facilitation to the Parish Renewal Team.
- Efficiently and professionally organize all aspects of Parish Renewal Programme day and residential training events and retreats.
- Liaise with event participants and invitees to facilitate attendance.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Form effective working relationships with colleagues across the diocese and external consultants.
- Communicate well on the telephone, via email, and face-to-face.
- Plan ahead, coordinate diaries, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven experience in an office/administration/customer service environment.
