Children's Residential Support Worker Opportunities in Norfolk

We are seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in the Norfolk region.
This role involves providing support to individuals with autism and complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
The successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence, patience, resilience, and a big heart.
Key duties include supporting occupants to appointments and activities, completing paperwork, and engaging them in tasks and activities.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000.00 per annum, plus an exceptional rewards package including a 'Journey to Management' programme, life assurance, and access to a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits.
In addition to the salary, we offer a pension scheme, cycle to work schemes, electric car purchase scheme, critical illness cover, and family growth support.
We are based in Banham and within commuting distance from Diss, Thetford, Watton, Hethersett, and surrounding towns and villages.
