About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Retirement team as a Trainee Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice to our clients on all aspects of managing a pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with trustees and sponsors of occupational pension schemes to provide expert advice on pension scheme design, funding, risk management, governance, administration, and communication.
  • Conduct regular triennial valuation work and cutting-edge risk-reduction and scheme design projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other teams, such as DC, investment, communications, and administration, to provide joined-up advice to clients.

Requirements
