High-End Building Services Manager with Mechanical and Electrical Expertise

A leading company in the construction industry is seeking a highly skilled Building Services Manager to join their team in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in mechanical and electrical services to take on a challenging position that will utilize their expertise to drive quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

As a Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the M&E aspects of high-end fit out projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical and electrical systems. Your extensive knowledge and experience will enable you to collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution from planning through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical building systems, and electrical systems. Strong project management and organizational skills are also essential, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality control.

Payscale: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Technical Services and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Conducting site inspections and quality assessments specific to M&E installations will also be a key aspect of this role.

Liaising with M&E subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly will demonstrate your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Providing M&E expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the project life cycle will showcase your leadership abilities.
