Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Administrator wanting to take that next career step with a well-established and growing business. This office-based position is a busy and varied role supporting the UK Sales team by accomplishing a smooth-running process of sales associated administrative tasks such as sales orders, sample processing and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales data entry to PDCF (internal / group sales order system)
  • To be flexible within the sales team and wider company, to carry out any other ad-hoc duties and help in other areas when required to do so.
Requirements

You will have at least one year's experience in a busy administration environment, you will have excellent numerical and organisational skills, ideally with an intermediate level of MS Excel, Word and Outlook. If your experience has been in a sales department, retail head office or licensed brand organisation, this will be an advantage.
