Job Description

We are seeking an experienced manager to join our team as a Residential Care Team Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day management and operations of the home, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Children's Residential Childcare Qualification and either hold or be committed to completing their Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management. They will also have a minimum two years' experience working in social care, experience leading and motivating a staff team, knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements, and be flexible and willing to go the extra mile.

The salary for this position is up to £43,908.80 per annum based on an average of 40 hours per week. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer comprehensive induction and training programs, continued personal development opportunities, and a company pension scheme.

The role involves supporting children to reach their full potential, providing leadership, guidance, and support to the staff team, contributing to the recruitment, training, and development of staff, and acting as a role model and mentor to staff.
