Fostering Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fostering Registered Manager to lead the strategic development and operational management of our fostering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee foster carer recruitment, assessment, supervision, training, and ongoing support
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including The Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011 and the National Minimum Standards for Fostering
  • Lead the team to maintain the highest standards of care and operational excellence
  • Hold a relevant social work qualification and registration with Social Work England
  • Proven experience in a similar role within fostering services
