We are partnering with Slough Council to recruit a Fostering Registered Manager to lead their independent Fostering Agency.

The successful candidate will oversee the strategic development and operational management of fostering services, ensuring exceptional care and support for foster carers and children in their care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading foster carer recruitment, assessment, supervision, training, and ongoing support
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including The Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011 and the National Minimum Standards for Fostering
  • Maintaining high standards of care and operational excellence within the agency

Requirements include a relevant social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and proven experience in a similar role within fostering services.

As a Fostering Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people in Slough.
