Key Responsibilities

  • Program and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components
  • Develop and implement efficient machining processes to meet production requirements
  • Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes

  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and quality

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in CNC milling, specifically with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
  • Proficiency in programming 3 and 5 axis milling machines
  • Expertise in Fusion360 offline programming
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
