About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bilfinger UK Limited. As a key member of our Engineering and Consultancy department, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of EPC activities to meet key targets of time, cost, quality, and HSE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Ensure the successful delivery of EPC projects, managing budgets, financial controls, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Site Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring safety, health, and environmental protection are given the highest priority.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality systems, ensuring construction information is controlled and managed effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage key construction risks, minimizing their impact on the project.
  • Communication: Liaise with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure the construction plan is consistent with current standards and local requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years involved in EPC contracts (Civil & Construction), with experience in managing budgets, financial controls, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Qualifications: HND/C in Civil or associated discipline, accredited CSCS, APMP accredited, and NEC Project Manager.
