Operations and Event Coordinator

About the RoleThis position involves collaborating with the Head of Operations to implement operational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing event production, implementing service level agreements, and overseeing exhibitor manuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling post-event reports, analyzing KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, proficiency in business software, and strong English communication skills. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per annum, rising to $65,000 after two years. You will also enjoy 25 days annual leave, increasing to 27 days after two years, plus a birthday leave day and flexible working arrangements.
