About Our Business

Our company is an established, family-run business with a strong reputation for product innovation, outstanding service, and distribution fulfillment. We supply retailers and merchants nationwide, as well as working with architects, interior designers, and property developers. With a five-year strategic plan in place, we aim to achieve double-digit growth year-on-year, targeting a turnover exceeding £25m.

Sales Strategy and Leadership

We require a high-achieving Sales Director to devise, develop, and execute our sales strategy, building strong relationships with major clients and driving revenue growth. As part of this exciting role, you will lead a national sales team of 10+ sales professionals, comprising area sales managers, specification sales, and internal sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, coach, manage, and maintain a high-performing sales team
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in sales leadership, delivering results and driving growth
  • High analytical and data-driven skills
  • Experience in the KBB sector (desired but not essential)
  • Proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including:

  • £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Car or car allowance (executive level car/allowance)
  • Realistic and generous uncapped bonus scheme (monthly and annual)
