MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Project & Programme Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services on a range of projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver full quantity surveying and cost management duties, including feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services.
- Provide pre and post-contract advice to clients, ensuring the highest quality service delivery.
- Guide, care, and mentor supporting staff to ensure their growth and development.
- Provide high-quality MEP cost advice on complex projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class services.
- An enthusiastic and positive team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems, their associated costs, and/or where such costs can be determined.
- Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of MEP cost management services.
- Ability to advise clients on key MEP cost drivers, project costs, and value engineering.
- Effective and efficient knowledge of a range of project procurement options.
- Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and as a member of a busy team.
