About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Project & Programme Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services on a range of projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full quantity surveying and cost management duties, including feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services.
  • Provide pre and post-contract advice to clients, ensuring the highest quality service delivery.
  • Guide, care, and mentor supporting staff to ensure their growth and development.
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic and positive team player with a desire to integrate and work closely with immediate and wider teams.
  • Taking seriously our standards, how we deliver our services, and work with our clients.
  • Demonstrate best-in-class service delivery.
  • Excellent team management, including creating and supporting a culture of team growth and development.
  • Experience of, or a desire to be part of our business development activity, increasing our share of client spend, accessing higher-margin work, cross-selling our services, and locations.
  • Technical leadership, including providing stakeholders with specialized M&E advice, broadening your legal and technical knowledge, and participating in training initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems, their associated costs, and/or where such costs can be determined.
  • Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of MEP cost management services.
  • Ability to advise clients on key MEP cost drivers, project costs, and value engineering.
