Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Water Treatment Compliance Specialist at The FMC Network.

About the Position:

  • Lead initiatives to secure and maintain accreditations such as ISO standards, ensuring the organization's reputation for excellence.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure compliance performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with external training providers to secure relevant certifications and qualifications for staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Health, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in compliance management within the water treatment or water hygiene industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scottish water quality regulations, health & safety standards, and Legionella control.

Location:

Based in Glasgow, with occasional travel to operational sites across Scotland and the UK.
