We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Manchester, UK.
Sales Role OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their skills and experience in new homes sales to drive business growth and success.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
About the JobAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving front-line sales performance for Shared Ownership and other sales-related products offered by our clients.
You will work closely with various teams, including Customer Service, Marketing, Sales Progression, After Sales, independent mortgage advisers, solicitors, Service Charge, and Housing Management, to ensure seamless sales processes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deliver sales performance to individual targets, ensuring reservations achieved from plan and stock.
- Manage sales leads efficiently, prioritizing high-value opportunities and maximizing conversion rates.
- Achieve excellent conversion rates from sales lead to reservation, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service.
- Be knowledgeable about our developments, locations, and wider communities, using this expertise to inform and promote our offerings.
- Assess customers for eligibility and affordability in line with Homes England's Capital Funding Guide/s and all compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all sales packs and legal requirements are in place prior to launch, maintaining a strict adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
We offer a competitive salary of £20/hour (PAYE) or £22.4/hour ( umbrella), reflecting your exceptional skills and experience in new homes sales.
