Job Description:

Recruitment Chief is working with a leading design-focused brand to find a Junior E-commerce Marketing Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of the company's digital presence through e-commerce platform management, content creation, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain e-commerce product catalogues across platforms like Amazon and Etsy, ensuring listings are optimised.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research using tools such as Helium 10 and Brand Analytics to refine product visibility and SEO.
  • Write and update product content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and data insights.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation and data analysis processes.
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues across e-commerce platforms and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer service responsibilities, including managing queries, returns, and order fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Excellent Written English: Capable of producing clear and engaging content.

  • Desirable: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, SEO practices, or tools like Helium 10 (not essential but advantageous).
