Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at CSR (NI) LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facilities and engineers, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and maintaining a steady pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the in-house engineering team and third-party contractors to deliver planned preventative (PPM) and emergency reactive maintenance across the portfolio.
- Prioritize workloads, ensure accurate maintenance data recording, and maintain all assets.
- Develop a customer-focused team, supporting various engineering projects and acting as the Authorised/Responsible Person for various systems following training and certification.
- Manage the operational maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance of all building services.
- Provide technical support and direction to the maintenance team and external contractors.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure optimal performance of engineering plants across all sites.
- A trade background in a mechanical or electrical discipline is essential.
- Minimum of years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the mechanical sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A salary of 40 to 50k is on offer along with company pension.
