Job Title: Head of Maintenance Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at CSR (NI) LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facilities and engineers, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and maintaining a steady pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the in-house engineering team and third-party contractors to deliver planned preventative (PPM) and emergency reactive maintenance across the portfolio.
  2. Prioritize workloads, ensure accurate maintenance data recording, and maintain all assets.
  3. Develop a customer-focused team, supporting various engineering projects and collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure optimal performance of engineering plants across all sites.
  4. Act as the Authorised/Responsible Person for various systems following training and certification.
  5. Manage the operational maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant maintenance of all building services.
  6. Provide technical support and direction to the maintenance team and external contractors.
Requirements:
  1. A trade background in a mechanical or electrical discipline is essential.
  2. Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the mechanical sector.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
  4. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  5. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  6. Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Package:
  1. A salary of 40 to 50k is on offer along with company pension.
