Job Title: Senior Radio Validation and Integration Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radio Validation and Integration Engineer to join our team at Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd. As a key member of our Engineering Group, you will be responsible for the pre- and post-silicon integration and optimization of the radio system, including digital, firmware, and analogue/RF components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chip bring-up, system-level validation, and debugging to provide a complete radio system solution that meets product KPMs, including over temperature and process skews.
  • Interfacing with cross-functional teams, including RF, analogue, and digital IC designers, software, system engineering, test engineers, customer engineering, and operations, to drive and incorporate the latest design solutions in the production program.
  • Working on digital emulator platforms, with essential knowledge of digital design flow, ability to read and debug RTL code, and troubleshooting complex issues with the radio.
  • Responsible for automation for development and validation of ASIC products, generating Python test scripts, writing embedded C code for FW radio control, and supporting the business group with radio training materials.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field, and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field, and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
