Job Summary

Taylorollinson Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Scientist to join our team in a key phase of our growth. As a Biotechnology Expert, you will be responsible for process validation, supporting tech transfer, MSAT, and manufacturing processes for DNA synthesis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate experimental data and update QMS documentation as necessary.
  • Work independently on validation projects, completing them to a high standard.
  • Troubleshoot laboratory processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage consumables, experimental documentation, and molecular biology techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related life science field.
  • Experience working in a quality-driven environment (GMP, GLP, GCP, ISO9001/ISO17025).
  • Previous laboratory experience using techniques such as western blotting, DNA/RNA/protein extraction, qPCR, chromatography, and electrophoresis.
  • Prior experimental validation experience or design of experiments (DoE) is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
