About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the S20 area, including Halfway, Beighton, and Mosborough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care that respects and promotes the dignity of our clients.
  • Promote independence and enable individuals to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Support clients to achieve their outcomes and involve families and professionals in the care planning process.
  • Connect clients to their communities and access local support and services.
  • Deliver personalized care that reflects the individual needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.30 (drivers) with travel time included.
  • Shift pay rather than pay per call, allowing you to go above and beyond to support clients.
  • Mileage reimbursement of 45p per mile for drivers.
  • Bonus schemes, including up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, and £300 annual bonus.
  • A £25 birthday gift voucher.
Induction Training

As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will receive comprehensive induction training on our values, dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity. You will also learn about fluids and nutrition, safe medication administration, moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores.

We are committed to supporting your professional development and offer funded Level 2 and other accredited courses.
