About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Catering Assistant Manager to join our team at Portree High School. As a key member of the catering staff, you will be responsible for managing catering operations, overseeing production, and providing a high-quality catering service.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement catering menus, ensuring they meet the needs of students and staff.
- Manage inventory, ordering provisions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in food preparation and service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Working Hours
This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. You must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings and evenings.
Salary
£15,061 - £16,497 per annum.
