Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, supporting senior management, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, responding to queries and greeting visitors
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Support senior management with administrative tasks, such as diary management and travel arrangements
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Proven experience in a similar office-based role, with excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using databases and other office software
- A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
