About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.

This role involves working in a residential setting, providing person-centered care to individuals with autism and learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexibly, learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way, assist with medical & welfare needs, report on medical & welfare needs as required, safeguarding, and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
