Key Responsibilities- Manage the complex diary of the Director, coordinating and arranging meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring the Director is fully prepared for meetings.
- Monitor the inbox of the Director, using judgment and authority to prioritize and act on behalf of the Director, draft responses, and delegate to other colleagues as appropriate.
- Deal with enquiries face-to-face, via telephone, and email.
- Provide a highly professional, effective, and efficient executive assistant service to the Director.
