We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing business, offering a true pathway to progress.

The successful candidate will have completed their Level 4 Diploma qualification and will be responsible for preparing pre-approval documentation, utilising technology to produce accurate solutions for clients, and providing compliant suitability reports.

The role includes working with the adviser to gather client information and ensuring all advice documentation meets FCA guidelines. We offer a hybrid working pattern and a salary up to £40,000 + discretionary bonus.

We strive to provide ongoing support to new joiners, helping them settle into a professional yet friendly environment with a positive culture. Our business has seen significant growth, with additional headcount, revenue, and Funds Under Management (FUM) anticipated across 2025.

The duties of this role include:

  • Preparing Pre-Approval Documentation
  • Utilising Technology for Client Solutions
  • Providing Compliant Suitability Reports
  • Maintaining Compliance with FCA Guidelines
  • Gathering Client Information

This position offers opportunities for progression, potentially towards an Advisory capacity or as a senior member of the paraplanning/support team.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £40,000, with potential for a discretionary bonus.
