**Duration: Permanent**
**Hours: 35 hours a week Monday to Friday - Flexible Hybrid working after successful completion of probationary period (6 Months**).
Lycetts specialises in providing independent, financial planning solutions to corporate, and private clients on pensions, inheritance tax mitigation, protection, health insurance, employee benefits, investments, and generational planning.
We aim to build long term relationships with our clients and provide personal and corporate financial advice and solutions that you can trust and which provide peace of mind and security.
**About this opportunity**
An opportunity to join a well-established financial services firm in the city centre working in an enthusiastic team, supporting Financial Advisers in the provision and administration of independent financial advice to its clients.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong numeracy skills/knowledge of excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem - solving and critical thinking/analytical skills
- Experience of high-pressure environments and working to deadlines
- Previous administration experience with financial provider platforms and back office systems
**Key responsibilities**
- Preparing, processing and execution of client reviews and new business
- Contribution of ideas and suggestions to improve team and departmental performance
- Develop positive, cohesive relationships with clients, the team and the wider firm
- Efficient Communication with clients, providers and third parties in a timely and appropriate manner
- Support and maintain existing client business
- Develop business opportunities and referrals
- Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of financial services products and platform/IT systems
- Administration of maintenance of paper/electronic files
- Adhering to company & regulatory compliance requirements
- Delivering accurate and timely work.
- Upholding client confidentiality at all times

**Benefits**
- The position would suit someone satisfied in an office-based environment, happy to work within a tight knit team.
- After the successful completion of 6 months’ probation we do have a working differently policy which allows 2 days to be worked from home each week.
- Salary negotiable dependent on experience, plus:
- Money purchase pension scheme, 5% employer contribution rising to 10% after 5 years. Pension scheme includes Life Assurance cover.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- 35 hours/week, 9.00 to 5.00, flexible working options available pending completion of probation.
- Possible entitlement to Discretionary Staff Bonus.
