Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Bicester, Oxfordshire location. As a key member of our food production team, you will be responsible for handling and preparing various food products, primarily fish, in a temperature-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and prepare food products, including fish, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Work in a team environment to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a food production or kitchen environment
  • Basic food safety knowledge and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
