Job Overview

DPD Group UK is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Bicester Depot. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of parcels through our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload, scan, sort, and load parcels in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Handle large/heavy items weighing up to 25kg, requiring physical stamina and ability to lift, load, and carry
  • Work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, in a 365-day operation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:

  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across various areas of the warehouse
  • Ability to lift, load, and carry heavy items
