Leaders in Care: Mental Health Operations Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Operations Lead to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all operations in our secure transportation hubs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service contracts to ensure compliance and correct billing.
  • Utilise monitoring tools to enhance team performance and customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and hub protocols.
  • Provide leadership and support for team members, handling complex calls and complaints.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline services and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and guide the application of the Mental Health Act 1983 and related legislation.

Requirements:
  • A valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
  • At least 2 years of post-registration experience in mental health or a related healthcare sector.
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical practice or quality improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and related legislation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
