Job Description:
We're seeking a seasoned Community Value Specialist to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our social value team, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing social value investment, working closely with our regional partnerships director and delivery partners. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement community benefits and broader social value commitments that align with our regional strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social value delivery plans, leveraging your expertise in social value methodologies and frameworks (e.g., TOMS).
- Collaborate with local partners to deliver local employment, training, and skills programs, as well as community engagement initiatives.
- Analyze data, interpret results, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting effective communication and influencing key decision-makers.

Requirements:
- NVQ/ILM Certificate Level 3 qualification or equivalent in customer service, supervisory management, or social value management (desired).
- Proven experience in social value or CSR roles within construction companies, particularly in developing social value delivery plans and understanding social value methodologies.
- Strong analytical, data interpretation, and management skills.
- Excellent literacy skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Ability to travel flexibility and willingness to do so as part of the role.

Salary & Benefits:
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
