A challenging and rewarding sales position awaits in our Pharma and Healthcare team at White Recruitment Construction. We require an accomplished Business Development Manager to expand our market share and drive revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth
  • Pursue new business opportunities within the Pharma and Healthcare sectors
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Continuously monitor and analyse sales performance to optimise strategy

Your Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Pharma sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
