We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain new and existing software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure consistency and high standards across all software solutions.
  • Lead in implementing security best practices and optimizing application performance, ensuring our systems remain secure and efficient.
  • Mentor and support mid-level developers, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
  • Participate in code reviews and drive innovation within the team, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience with the Laravel ecosystem, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and version control (Github/Bitbucket), with a proven track record of developing scalable applications.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Laravel queues, authentication, task scheduling, and security, as well as front-end experience with frameworks such as TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript (Vue, React, or Angular).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with payment integrations, Docker, DevOps, and NoSQL databases, as well as familiarity with Laravel Livewire/Inertia, GraphQL, and Figma/XD wireframing.
