- Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Offer expert advice and product recommendations to customers, helping them to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Cash Handling and Transactions: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Store Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring that our store is presented in a professional and attractive manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and merchandising products to meet customer demand.
- Teamwork and Communication: Participate in team meetings, contribute to store goals and targets, and maintain open and effective communication with colleagues and management.
- Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility and Availability: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be able to stand for periods of time.
