Heron Foods, a leading discount retailer with over 320 stores across England and Wales, is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to drive the success of our North Tyneside store. As a Store Manager at Heron Foods, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Identify and develop top talent within the store, providing coaching and training to ensure succession planning

- Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail role
