Test Engineer

Eden Recruitment Solutions Ltd T/A Just Temps is working in partnership with our fantastic Client to find the next employee.
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join their existing team, working on your own initiative as well as working in a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical - Fault find to component level; use of test and measurement equipment, analyse data and troubleshoot issues; technical understanding of electronic components; ability to read and interpret Schematic drawings;
- Communication - communicate with other employees and managers to relay information about potential production problems;
- Problem-solving - using problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues; using these skills to identify and resolve safety concerns;
- Teamwork - working in a team; work with other team members to complete job duties;
- HNC in electronic engineering/ Relevant experience, another closely related field.
- Experience in electronic repairs.
- Good general health and safety awareness.
- Attention to detail, ability to keep accurate records.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
- Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan;
This is a temporary to permanent position, paying 12.50 per hour, with an immediate start following interview.
