As a Site Support Leader, you'll be based in the field, leading a team of engineers and providing coaching, training, and support through daily communication, regular visits, and spot-checks. You'll also be responsible for building morale and motivation within the team.

The Ideal Candidate
  • You'll have effective leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
  • You'll have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • You'll have experience working in a similar role, preferably in the field services industry.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package including discretionary company bonus scheme, buy and sell holiday scheme, and access to Liquidline Employee Assistance Programme.
