Lead Our Finance Team

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Controller. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our business, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

About the Role
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to the directors.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including management accounts and year-end accounts.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in group consolidations, budget preparation, and liaising with Year End auditors.
  • Proven experience in managing a finance team, with a strong track record of delivering financial objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of initiative and a self-starter mentality.
What We Offer
  • Salary in line with qualification and experience, c. £57,000 - £70,000.
  • Office-based role with the flexibility to work from home two days per week once established.
  • Car parking on site.
  • Commutable from Bristol, Chippenham, Cirencester, Gloucester, Malmesbury, and Swindon.
