Key Responsibilities:

As the Head of Financial Operations at Corston Architectural Detail, you will be responsible for leading the finance function across the Corston Group. This includes managing and motivating the finance team, overseeing the preparation of monthly consolidated Group management accounts, and scrutinising financial reports and data for discrepancies and accuracy.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of implementing financial controls, processes, and reporting.
  • At least 3 years experience as a qualified accountant.
  • A hands-on approach, well-organised with an attention to detail.
  • Willingness to take on diverse duties as required.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical accounting with some IT skills.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and manage monthly tasks and reports.
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Effective team management and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £55,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
