Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Natalie Wells Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clients.
About the Role:
- Manage the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
