Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a key member of our social housing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry and joinery services to our clients.
About the Role
As a Carpenter / Joiner, you will be working on a variety of projects, including responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties. You will be responsible for carrying out carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance work, including basic plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry and joinery repairs and maintenance work to a high standard
- Work efficiently and safely to achieve excellent customer experience
- Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device
- Work in both occupied and void properties
- Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification or equivalent. You will also need to have excellent working Health & Safety knowledge and a customer-focused approach. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality repairs on time, first time.
