About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services in Welwyn.

Key Responsibilities

As a Carpenter/Joiner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, carrying out a variety of carpentry and joinery tasks. You will work efficiently and safely, interpreting client requests and undertaking repairs and renewal works to occupied and void properties.

You will work closely with surveyors, supervisors, and planners, matching materials to design specifications and measuring building materials and spaces for accurate installation and repairs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery and have good core skills, including first and second fix. You will also need experience of kitchen repairs, internal and external doors, and locksmith work, with a good all-round knowledge of other trades such as plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, fencing, and UPVC work.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
