Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the firm's audit function, ensuring excellence is delivered.
  • Ensure the department offers outstanding compliance and advisory services to a broad range of clients.
  • Represent the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities.
  • Drive strategic target setting, forecasting, and reporting on department budgeting.
  • Mentor managers and support their learning and development to ensure they effectively manage the junior team.
  • Uphold close liaison with other departments.
  • Oversee workflow and improve processes where possible.
  • Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
  • Champion the firm's values within the team, motivating those around you.
  • Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Commercial acumen and an agile and flexible approach to leadership
