The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in tax compliance and advisory services, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the firm's audit function, ensuring excellence is delivered.
- Ensure the department offers outstanding compliance and advisory services to a broad range of clients.
- Represent the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities.
- Drive strategic target setting, forecasting, and reporting on department budgeting.
- Mentor managers and support their learning and development to ensure they effectively manage the junior team.
- Uphold close liaison with other departments.
- Oversee workflow and improve processes where possible.
- Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
- Champion the firm's values within the team, motivating those around you.
- Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills.
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader.
- £100,000 - £120,000 per annum
