About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to high net worth clients, allowing the Advisers to focus on client relationships. Responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and managing workload, including data entry
- Liaising with clients and providers to request and chase policy information, relating to pensions, investments, and protection policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Recently qualified Graduate (Economics/Finance/Financial Services Related) or Administrator
- Ideal experience in administration or within an IFA firm or regulated environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Commitment to pass basic internal financial services exams within 3 months of employment
